They don't call it Fat Tuesday for nothing!

Mardi Gras, Carnival, Fat Tuesday, Martedi Grasso...however you want to put it, it's a night of indulging yourself in every way possible.  It's not just about the music, dancing, bead-throwing, parades, giant floats, costumes, masks, fireworks...first and foremost, it's about the FOOD (hence the name).  Last night, I feasted with some friends at Char No. 4 in Brooklyn for a traditional New Orleans style Fat Tuesday Crawfish Boil.  AMAZING.  We also filled up on gumbo, jambalaya, and andouille sausage.  Fat Tuesday, we have another year until we meet again!
