Good morning!

This was my alarm clock this morning - chickens in the yard, roosters cock-a-doodle-doing, and of course sunflowers opening up and brightening up the fields with their color.  Just a normal wake-up call at La Guiggiola. I spent the rest of the morning dancing at La Luna Dance Center and I couldn't have been happier - classical ballet with Desiree Storani, street jazz with Ryan Daniel Beck and then teaching Masala Bhangra and Bollywood.  After an energized morning, I treated myself to a half beach day that turned out to be more of an adventure than anticipated (a broken down bus motivated me to take an 8 kilometer passeggiata to Nurana, a pristine pebble beach with sky-blue water and perfect afternoon sun).
