Homeschooling with Mickela

We know homeschooling may be a challenge now during COVID-19, but we want to let you know we are here to help! Every episode of Seasons 1 & 2 are available for FREE, they always have been and they always will be! If you are a school teacher looking for a program to help your kids learn about diverse cultures while also getting them up and moving, or if you’re a parent navigating this new homeschooling process, please feel free to use our FREE resource of Bare Feet with Mickela Mallozzi episodes on PBS.org or on the PBS App for your smart TVs. We are working hard to get Season 3 up soon, but until then, you have 26 episodes of dances from around the world to share with your students at home.

And we are incredibly proud to share that the Dept of Education for the New York City School System is now using the show to help educate and broaden its dance curriculum as students are home and teachers are working hard to continue their lessons! We’ve also been receiving messages from around the country that Bare Feet is even being used as part of their school’s world cultures classes, world geography classes, arts curriculums, and more!

We are sharing this in hopes that it helps some of you – in no way do we get paid or make any money from more views, this is truly just to share ways that our work can help you all! And also please consider all of the OTHER FREE programming on PBS that is educational and informational, including Curious Traveler, Samantha Brown’s Places To Love, Rick Steves’ Europe, Reconnecting Roots, Dream of Italy, Joseph Rosendo’s Travelscope, and more!

We ❤ PBS!
